I would like to know if Support Suite is able to manage different signature for users? For example when an agent answers a ticket either to post-reply or Forward, he/she can choose his/her signature or any other displayed when you click on the "From" Field. Thanks. |

Hi Daniel, Staff can have personal signatures that they can define for themselves. However, this is a preference and cannot be disabled or enabled per reply; it can only be configured via the staff user's preferences page. -------------------------------------------------------------------
