Announcements always on top.

When clicking the "New Posts" function it now shows the announcements on the top of the page.

Will it stay that way, or is it because they are recent posts ?

Can't say I like it if they were on top always.

Click them once to read them. Once you do, they stop showing at the top of the "new posts" results page.
