Best Billing Systems to integrate

Hello,

I would like to know what is the best billing systems to integrate well with kayako?

So far I know that Kayako is integrated with Modernbill and WHMCS.

If any of you have tried to integrate kayako with a billing systems and it's running well, please let me know.

Kayako integrates seamlessly with ModernBill and WHCMS so I guess it makes alot of sense to choose either of these 2.

WHMCS is much better than ModernBill so I'd advise you go with that. ModernBill has been totally useless since they released V5.

As far as integration goes, they both are integrated to the same level (Tickets, Knowledge Base, etc).

well I have purchased both recently I have problem with login because clients have to sign up in both places which does not make sense. Am not sure when this is going to be solved I heard with the next kayako update but do not know when that update will be.

jnet to fix your problem they need to use the support ticket system from whmcs first before it is piped too the kayako db ^_~
