Adding to the tracker has been disabled until Monday, but can be viewed as usual.

It was placed on a new server. It doesn't appear to be slow here; please could you post a tracert?

The forum is fast.

I see they both live in seperate subnets, where the forum is at ev1 and Ev1 has had some serious problems lately and I never saw any problem on the forum.

What would you like to see on the traceroute ?

The pings on bugs are much higher, about 200ms, forum is ~120ms.

The bugs server is hosted on a server in Softlayer (Dallas, probably) - there seem to be no load issues from what I can see here

Care to post a trace route to find out where the slow speed is coming from? If it is near the data center side, they may be able to poke somebody to do something about it.

Apparentlysearch is working as designed; you have to search by a title or bug ID exactly - there is no fuzzy search functionality in Arctic.

I am patching this to enable fuzzy searching in titles.
