A few questions before I buy this software. Can support requests be started by emails ? I want clients to initiate support requests by simply sending email to support@example.com |

Yes they can be started by email. You need to forward your email address support@yourdomain.com to support@yourhosteddomain.com. Once the email forward is set, add the email address support@yourdomain.com in the Email Queue list under: Admin CP > Mail Parser > Insert Email Queue That should do it. Both the client and the support staff will be able to interact purely via email only ? That would be great. WritingSchedule.com - Find writers and order specific content for your website |

Hi pamphile, Welcome to the forums and I am glad to hear of your interest in our software. Yes, both staff and client can interact entire via e-mail, with a record being kept within the web based software - no setting needs to be altered to go from e-mail communication to web based communication; the staff or user can do either seamlessly. -------------------------------------------------------------------
