Like on vBulletin, a forum for users to post "how do I's" that WILL be responded to by K staff?

As for staff responding, really only Jamie or forum moderators will respond in many cases (not support forums after all), but since he's quite helpful and in charge of that sort of thing, that shouldn't be a problem.
