If you a reader of this forum, then your job probably has something related to support either willingly or out of necessity. So therefore you understand that Support usually only hears the complaints and problems and receives only the rarest of complements.

That said, I wanted to complement Kayako on what appears to be improved performance of my hosted solution. About 1 month ago, there seemed to be constant performance and reliability issues. My site was even out of commission for an entire weekend due to some type of server problem (it wasn't just me affected, but rather everyone on the same hosted system).

Well since that time, I can only say that performance has been adequate to above average. I've not experienced any outages, and noticed only the occasional performance degradation which could be caused by a number of other factors.

So while I still believe Kayako NEEDS to provide WEEKEND operations support, I've very pleased to see that things have settled down nicely and the fixes and changes the operations staff have made have made a noticeable difference.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I'm happy you are satisfied with the improvements we are making to our hosted platform (across all servers). Weekend operations improvements are in the pipeline, but it is taking us a fair amount of time to organise this - please bear with us.
