I just wanted to say that I am delighted with Kayako. I recently purchased the owned version, and have to say that the pre-sales support from Jamie, as well as the support I've received from your tech support for a few questions I had, has been outstanding. The product is heads and tails better than the competitors I have tested - it's truly an outstanding system. I host with one of the larger hosting companies, and thought I recognized the interface - they use Kayako for their support also. Thanks again for a great product. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a great support solution! |
