Department Emails from Differnet Domain to that of eSupport is Installed

Hello Everyone,

I want to have my eSupport installed on a domain where I have a SSL Installed, lets say

https://ssldomain.com

Now, my emails for the business will come from a different domain (and different cPanel Account) called lets say sales@mydomain.com

So, can I configure eSupport which is at

https://ssldomain.com/support/ to use emails of sales@mydomain.com support@mydomain.com

Is this possible? I know it is with WHMCS, and hope that eSupport can do it too.

Yes, it works fine having the support desk and email queue's on different domain names.

If it does not work, try this:
1) Pipe email@ssldomain.com to eSupport
2) Forward email@domain.com to email@ssldomain.com
3) Add both email@domain.com as well as email@ssldomain.com in eSupport as email queues.

I use POP via scheduled task instead of piping and I can POP from an email account on any domain I want to. For example, I have each of my clients setup a "help@" email on their own domain. Then my support desk pulls in their emails from their own domain names.
