Ryan and Andrew (two of our Windows developers). There won't be any support staff.

Yes, Kayako got their new office in India last year. This is a new office in the USA so they now have two.

Ah OK. I saw that office I didn't realize it was in India. It did look nice though. With the support so rocky over the past it was hard to believe there were actually more than 1 person working in that big office though

And over the past year it has definitely shown. Glad someone over there is spending the money on support and sales techs

That's unfortunate. It would be nice to have support available in more than one time zone, and over the weekends as well. If it's only for the devs...what's the point of a large office? Sales, maybe?

To allow room for growth, mainly. We will eventually bring in more staff to fill yet undefined roles, but the first step is the build the office and set up base.

As a side, HP and Micron both have their headquarters here, and companies like Microsoft, etc have satellite offices here. There's a decent-sized tech presence.
