Question - does this mean that Kayako can finally offer English speaking support? Or is this new office for administrative purposes only?

To begin with, this will be strictly a development and marketing shop. However, there is a distinct possibility for English speaking support personnel in the future.

Varun kinda stopped visiting the forum when Jamie took over as operations manager. He just visits occasionally and when Jamie pokes him to answer an important thread.

He is working on V4 behind the scenes.

Actually, Varun does visit the forum frequently. As well as tending to the running of the business as a whole, Varun is working on Version 3 and spending some time on Version 4 at the same time.
