... I hope someone will find the time in there to fix the attachment bug I'm dealing with and that wasn't supported for weeks now...

If this bug is part of the 60 bug fixes that were announced it would be great. If not - I'm still waiting for a refund.

This will do tons for your credibility. For the past two years we've read critique after critique to the point of imagining you as a two-man operation working out of a ghetto. And yet, here you are proving many wrong. Congratulations and may this augur well for product that leaves the *others* in the dust.

Mark, I don't think you'll be able to get a refund. I also requested refunds several times for my owned license. Kayako won't give refunds for buggy software. Basically you're on your own, and can only hope that they'll work harder on bug fixing to retain customers.

Support responses should be down to 1 day by now. We have also recently started Live Chat Sales for both European and US time zones. Right now we are doing a dry run on it but hope to have it always on by this coming Monday. We hope to expand this to 24/7 Live Support by 1st of September.

Additionally, We made a quick little script to let you guys know who is in the office at what times. Have a look at http://office.kayako.net, This system is live and tied directly into our RFID authentication system.

I certainly do appreciate the forum reply however I am not seeing a day turn around time. This isn't the first time that I've complained and each time I've been asked for my ticket numbers with no resolution. I understand you want to correct this issue. The simple thing is to just go through an resolve anything with status of open for everyone. I like this tool a lot and I've spent a tone of time trying to resolve these issues myself by learning your code but thats not my job function.

Once again I am willing to pay for a higher level of support with a guranteed SLA.

Gotta admit, that Office Staff Status tool is pretty cool. And Varun has replied to my last two support emails within a couple days... We're just waiting for 3.1!

We are trying our level best to get everything in order as soon as possible. I think we are pretty much set for 24/7 Live Chat Sales on our entire site, members area and helpdesk from Monday.
