is it possible to auto detect the customers language so the auto emailresponder will send the response in the wright language? There are 2 ways to submit a ticket (via mail or via customers front-end). I assumed that if i select my language before submitting a ticket the system is smart enough to auto reply me in my own language.

I do not believe this is possible at the moment, the only work around I suppose would be to use template groups where you have one template group per language. Feel free to suggest this as a feature request.
