Kayako is not open on the Weekends so really lucky that Jamie was even on the forums let alone nice enough to extend your trial license. Suggestion: Its good to try before you buy so its good to use the Trial License but I would strongly suggest if it expires on the weekend then to buy on Thursday that way it will be activated on Thursday or Friday otherwise you will have to wait until Monday..
