eSupport internal page error

hi there, anyone could help me with this :

I have set a domain for my eSupport,it works ok for external using,but i am not able to see the image and layout once I open it using internal address.

any little helps are appreciated

You could try viewing the source (View -> Page Source / Source) and see where the images are trying to be loaded from.
