This is a shout out for Kayako as an excellent support team when it comes to issues. I had to deal with a number of issues in a leased version that they quickly jumped to fix and even personally talked to me about any other concerns I may have. Thank you to Ryan for his personal response and support and assistance. Kayako has a great interface and when I was asked to review the product for our company, I still said it had the best interface out there for support type suites. Hopefully in times to come, all bugs will be fixed and they won't have to deal with too many unhappy people!
