Expired Product Support ??? - 30-12-2008, 12:49 PM

Afternoon All,

just put though my query so that i can add a further 6 months support.

and while checking the members.kayako.net i found that the majority of my products are now showing as Expired for product support, Sync works, Mobile, branding free etc... while the owned license is showing support till June (the extra 6 months i purchased when i bought the product)

is this just a slip up or did i miss something, do kayako no longer support the "other" items i purchased, or what ???

Hi Steven,

You can ignore this - the support subscription for your main SupportSuite/LiveResponse/eSupport covers support for the other products too.
