Hi Usually I see here in the forum, complains about how slow is Kayako Tech Support. Well let me tell you this: Yesterday night 11:35 PM (GMT -5) I sent a ticket regarding a domain change request, as usual I got the automatic reply at 11:36 PM, 2 minutes later (11:39 PM) I got a nice answer from Neha Tandon "As per your request, I have changed the domain name..." This is amazing fast to me !!! they got my email, processed my request and sent me a reply in less than five minutes !!! Good Work Kayako |
