Angry Hosted Kayako Not Available - 28-01-2007, 04:14 PM

Wow,

My hosted support suite has been down for almost 2 days. I put a support ticket in, but no response. Anyone else having problems?

If everyone elses hosted solution works on that server then the server isnt down. Did you pay your next month bill?

That was done as soon as we noticed it, but we have received zero response from Kayako support even though it was flagged as critical.

Anybody have any phone numbers for actually reaching a live person at Kayako?

Well, it is likely I won't be a Kayako Customer for long now. Cerberus Help Desk is looking pretty good. I've been paying $40 monthly since 2005 and things have been good (but I've never needed significant support). I guess support is not there when it really matters, when it is needed.

That is simply ridiculous. If they are charging for hosted products how can they be closed when servers are down? What a lack of respect for customers!

Hosted accounts usually do not go down unless there is an email loop in other clients helpdesk causing the server to slow down.

I don't care why it went down, that happens. I think it is absurd that they can't fix it on a weekend.

can you show me link for Cerberus Help Desk ?

i need a software based on similar kayako offered, but needs to translate those into a different language.
i just bought SupportSutie Owned only couple days ago, but and have most of translation done, but it seems to keep up the errors.

i have asked kayako for assistance, but the help comes slow..
