Thumbs down How Do I Register for Bugs.Kayako.Com? - 25-07-2007, 06:11 PM

I really would like to report bugs to Kayako via their bug reporting site.

However, when I click on any of the Login, Register, Add hyperlinks at the top of that web page, it brings up an empty page.

I cannot register, and probably not login and add this way.

Am I doing something wrong? I am using WinXP / IE 6.

I realize that this might be the correct forum to ask this question, but I am not sure where else to post this.

And afterall, my bugs are related to eSupport...

Hi Pete,

I am not sure what is up, but I can access the register page just fine:

I had to "Copy Shortcut" and then Paste into Address bar to get to the Register page. Strange indeed.

Silly question, but why can't a user just sign up for Kayako once, and then login to the various sites (Members area, Support area, Bugs, Forum) with a single login?

Hi Pete,

Because the forum and bug tracker a powered by third-party products and the member's area operates as a seperate system to the member's area.

However, via the member's area you can submit a support ticket without having to log in.
