Kayako Blog - 12-09-2007, 10:20 AM

Has the Kayako blog been taken down? I thought this was a good way for developers to keep customers up to date on the latest developments. At the moment we know from passing references that SupportSuite v4 is being worked on but we don't know anything about it - the blog would be a good way to post regular updates.

Yes. They decided just to use http://forums.kayako.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3 as a blog.

What Craig said is correct.

Yeh, but that's not a blog is it - it's the announcements forum. That's completely different.

We're using it as both. Eventually we may introduce a developers blog again, but for now the news and announcements forum doubles up.

Why not setup a blog and use RSS to pull the titles into the board?

That is one of the possibilities.
