Ive been with Kayako...one day and already am saying its an excellent company to deal with. I've had some problem, and even though its the weekends, the staff actually went to the office for clients to fix issues. I was highly impressed by the kindness of the staff here and the software is excellent

My experience with Kayako has been outstanding too - any problems are resolved promptly and efficiently.

I have installed this three different times and love the product!

I too have only good things to say about the software\staff, and the speedy response to my queries. Our busy IT support office would be lost without supportsuite!!!!!!!!!

Hello everybody,
i am new on this forum as well as for Kayako support suite,
and i would like to know what it does, as a helpdesk solution, can we install it on our server and assist our customer mostly in providing to them information related to their account,
any other related information will be appreciated.
