Kayako guys are mature and nice I like them - 26-06-2008, 11:24 AM

I like this forum, after all.

people complain about bugs, they praise and complain but moderators
do not remove the complain and are honest

I know some other products forums that they suck
you compain about their product they remove the thread
but when you praise their product they keep the thread
and they think people are stupid they make a few IDS and praise their own
product again and again

You know what . moderators here are logical and more human!

Love you all

Hi jnet,

Thanks for the kind words

Indeed, we do not remove or moderate complaints; no company is perfect, so there is no reason to pretend to be perfect. What we do is make sure any issues raised here are dealt with effectively and by the right people.

When our potential customers see this on the forum the feedback is very well received - it shows that we listen and act on our customer feedback.

If this is the product I believe you're talking about, no you're wrong. They have no need to "shill" their own product. 'nuff said.

I'll only catch up to them in the end. It's only a matter of time.

Yes, I know. I'm referring to another forum here as well, and another product. If it's the one I'm believe it is, the accusaton is baseless.

Jnet,

Why is it that I always seem to read posts from you either bad talking kayako and wishing you never bought the product or praising them. Are you confused? Whats the deal?

I look at the both sides. Not confused. you have to tell the truth
bugs are bugs there good and bad things. Want to make sure I make sense and don't just grumble!
