Hi Kristie,

The usual payment methods are accepted; the easiest is via credit card payment via WorldPay.

For more information, please see Reseller CP or contact sales

The Kayako Reseller Portal allows you the Reseller to pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover... You can accept whatever payment method from your customers as you like... Just know the Reseller Portal doesn't accept Paypal so if your customer pays via Paypal you will have to put it on a credit card...

Hmm, would make sense for the portal to accept paypal. After all, reseller payments are unlikely to be fraud.

I believe adding PayPal as a mode of payment has been on Kayako's TO DO list for sometime.

currently since I am a US Business Paypal Account holder I have their Paypal Debit Card (Mastercard) so when someone pays us via Paypal I then just use the Paypal Debit Card with Kayako and takes it directly from my Paypal balance.

US people are so lucky! No other country has this functionality. In the UK we can get a PayPal Credit Card (I have one) but it isn't linked to your account at all. It is basically just a reseller agreement that have with GE Capital. They put insanly high limits on them too and without even checking my credit history (I know when companies do due to a credit monitor account) - talk about irresponsible lending!

PayPal did tell me over the phone that debit cards linked to accounts for other countries is on the road map though.

Kayako accepts regular credit cards (which are accepted by WorldPay) but it currently does not accept PayPal.
