Thumbs up Kayako Support rocks - 10-09-2007, 11:00 AM

Immediately after installing eSupport I experienced a nasty bug with autoanswers on email.
After asking for support from Kayako I was unhappy with the feedback and the time it took to solve the issue.
Certainly after reading a couple of negative posts on this forum I could only hope that this would get solved.
But, I must say, I was too impatient and Kayako support was on it much more than I was unaware of.
Last week I was informed about the fact that it was an issue with PHP and that Kayako was in contact with the PHP developers.
By that time a noticed thata new version of PHP was released.
I installed it and... Issue solved!

I know that a lot of time and efforts have been put into this.

So THANK YOU.

I now have a support system I am over 100% happy with!

Thank YOU really!

I now have a workflow that saves me a lot of time, organized around eSupport!

Certainly the combination of a ticket system together with the Knowledgebase and the Troubleshooter section is really great.

Shortly after making the new system known to my users I noticed that the Knowledgebase and Troubleshooter were frequented more than I could imagine...
