Maybe their license is expired and they don't want to renew it. Admittedly, I'm always flabergasted to see how software development companies seem the least concerned with their own tools and the image their lack of attention generates. Admittedly, one need not always upgrade. Older versions sometimes work perfectly, but it's still -- in addition to security issues -- always nice to know they're on top of things. I run four vBulletin licenses and they are all updated. (actually, one is still in 3.6.3 but patched )== Messages must cause change. | Stop AIDS. Make the Promise! | Fair trade photographs. |

Note: When there is a security hole even if your license support/upgrades is expired vbulletin still sends you patch and instructions on how to fix your current version... So just because Kayako hasn't upgraded their version of vbulletin doesn't mean they have not patched it... Digital Mayhem, Inc. Either the server or software time settings are incorrect. The time is offset by 45-50 minutes. Probably someone from Kayako or either of the Moderators can have a look at it.
