What are the actual hours that support/sales works? Live support is offline and all the staff members show offline in the forum and we are waiting for a license to be approved.

Any help on how to fast track this would be appreciated.

They are online now -> Help Desk Software, Customer Service Software, Live Chat Software

You can usually fast track it by going onto live help to the sales department and asking them to phone you.
