| License Key Expiry without Notification -

I have a leased kayako monthly eSupport.
I have automatic monthly billing setup.
Yesterday I had my license expired, without any notification from Kayako.
Then I had to rally behind the support folks in getting me the license key and take the trouble of installing it again.
If someone reads this, PLEASE SEND A NOTIFICATION SAYING THE LICENSE IS GOING TO EXPIRE
This will prepare us to schedule a maintenance window.It happened on a Friday and my eSupport is down, till Monday when the kayako support i hope will get back to me.
I felt it was highly unprofessional from Kayako's part to do that. I usually do not rant, but i had to this time.
