Hi ddixon, Is your server running Windows? If so, we may know the route cause of the problem. Currently in the CVS we are testing a more stable method of handling the communication between the Client<->Server<->Operator, and a better way to provide feedback when the server cannot be communicated to for some reason. You may wish to test this (the latest CVS version) yourself and see if it remedies the problem. If you do, remember to backup your files and database (although there shouldn't be any problems upgrading to this CVS version). -------------------------------------------------------------------
