LiveResponse Timing Out - 24-08-2007, 12:48 AM

Not sure whether it's a setting in the ADMIN CP, but we've noticed a pattern in that when our operators are in a chat session, LiveResponse will close down completely after about 20 mins (98% of the time).

This during the chat.

In most instances, we can start LiveResponse and continue the chat from where it was left at.

HELP.

Hi ddixon,

Is your server running Windows? If so, we may know the route cause of the problem. Currently in the CVS we are testing a more stable method of handling the communication between the Client<->Server<->Operator, and a better way to provide feedback when the server cannot be communicated to for some reason.

You may wish to test this (the latest CVS version) yourself and see if it remedies the problem. If you do, remember to backup your files and database (although there shouldn't be any problems upgrading to this CVS version).
