Is there a way that customers can authenticate through login share Module with other database systems on Microsoft SQL Server.? This is to enable them to establish a chat with the user or agents(who answer the customer tickets). |

MSSQL LoginShares are possible. See Microsoft SQL and LoginShare I fear however you wish to use it for live help sessions which LoginShare does not currently offer. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
