Does it integrate with Kayako? I thought it was not yet possible.

Any SIP based provider will integrate with Kayako when using the SIP Addon for the WinApp.

Thanks for the replies

The sip addon is per user not per kayako installation right?

It is a per machine license - if you have 10 computers you wish to install the addon to, you will need 10 licenses (regardless of the number of users that use the computer).
