My impression of the Kayako Forums Support (Thanks James E.) - 21-03-2008, 01:20 AM

Hello,

to be fair. i've been involved with technology for over eighteen years. i don't except perfection from software vendors. More importantly i'm mature enough to recognize that no one is perfect and that there are always reasons why logic can't be applied 'my way'.

i came upon Kayako as a reference from a good friend of mine who told me to check out this application. So i worked with the live hosted demo version. it worked great, sure i had some issues. But all my issues where posted on this forum and James Edward answered each one. it's because of James and this Forum, that in the end, i felt this application was workable, given that the forum was being supported.


Could the application be better, well sure. and i wish i was a better person too. but that's not the point. the overall experience i get, is that the application is being supported and people like James E. are there to assist us.

In my humble opinion :-)

It is good to see someone share a positive opinion which is not that common especially when satisfied clients barely take the time out to write it out.
