I ordered an owned license yesterday because our existing license had expired however I still have not gotten my license key and our support system is down. Can anyone help?? I submitted a ticket but have not received any response. |

Hi Ronan, I am sorry to say that the sales office is closed during the weekends. If you e-mail me your customer e-mail address I will try and get the order activated for you. If I cannot, it will be done in around 8 - 10 hours. -------------------------------------------------------------------
