Have to post a new topic as you decided to close Live Support Winapp SIP Addon???

1. The SIP Addon being removed wasn't announced.

2. The licence changed about a year ago (Software EULA - Kayako help desk software) and I commented at the time it needs announced and you said you would but didn't.

3. The price of copyright removal went up a few months ago. Again, you failed to announce it.

PLEASE DON'T move this topic out of public view as a few others have agreed with me on this.

I couldn't find any questions for me to answer, so I just added comment to each of your points.

1. The SIP Addon being removed wasn't announced.

We saw no reason to announce that we are no longer issuing new licenses for it - it was a decision we made, and wasn't up for debate. It does not affect license holders.

2. The licence changed about a year ago (Software EULA - Kayako help desk software) and I commented at the time it needs announced and you said you would but didn't.

I explained some time ago that the license (agreement) between us and our customers had not changed in essence - only the wording of the document, where all implications where made explicit, and information to be found on our site and in other places brought together in one document.

3. The price of copyright removal went up a few months ago. Again, you failed to announce it.

As I said in the original topic (Branding Option), we have taken the feedback on board for the future. (See one of my posts here: Branding Option).

Yes, that was for a reason. All of these topics have had their time and are now closed. They're not up for discussion - so please respect that and do not create new threads about old topics.
