Hi there, This thread may be of use: The way forward... hotel booking with kayako However, SupportSuite is not built for this kind of thing, and a lot of the actual booking / availability checking will have to be done manually by one of your support staff (unless you develop your own module to handle this). -------------------------------------------------------------------
