Are there any plans to extend Kayako's support and sales hours from just weekdays to weekends? And to go with that longer hours?

If there are plans what is the timeframe to imlepement it?

Kayako is a great product and longer support and sales hours would only add value to the product.

I suppose to will add it gradually although no fixed timeline is currently available.

Craig is correct; it is on the cards, but it taking us some time to sort out. Unfortunatly it is not possible to just ask the existing team to come in on weekends; new staff are being brought in and shift rearranging will need to take place.
