We are new to Kayako; we purchased it because our Support Team wanted it and we could integrate it into our WHMCS Billing System. Once started to use the system, we fell in love with the ease of use; we love the Ticket escalation and email system. Then the WHMCS integration came available. Although we waited for some time (cvs 12, I think); one of our Server Admin installed the system and I made the necessary integration changes in WHMCS and things worked; I was a nervous about it because of some claims of integration problems others had. We did have a couple of issues; but quickly discovered that I had not restored all of my templates the way I was suppose to do. It took me about 2 weeks before I discovered my errors; but in the mean time, I received numerous emails from Jamie regarding the issues. I can personally say that Jamie and his Staff have been very responsive and supportive during this complete integration. For our Companys perspective; we are very pleased with Kayako, Jamie and all of his staff. OUTSTANDING WORK GENTLEMEN!!! A JOB WELL DONE!! Indeed! Alot of satisfied clients do not posts their experiences in the forums due to which one usually finds numerous negative posts than the postive ones which do not give a true picture of the company's image.

Exactly. Maybe Kayako should offer some sort of incentive for people who are pleased with the software to post here. Possibly a free licence of InstaAlert?
