We bought an owned license about 1,5 years ago. It appears we can't download the latest version anymore. Why not? How much would it cost to be able to upgrade? |

Incase of Owned license you are entitled to free upgrades for the first 6 months from the date of purchase after which you will have to renew your support period as explained by Craig.
