Problem in New License - 23-03-2008, 08:56 PM

Our License Expired and we forget to upgrade
We just purchased but its showing Old date in Expiry and we are not able to Download new Key file

is it all manual stuff at kayako end?

It should be activated in around 8 - 12 hours from now. Was this a monthly or a yearly license?

Can you do something to Update It on priority or perhaps allow our old license to work for 1 more day

Can you look at our TICKET ID XNI-642193
we are waiting for kayako support to fix our domain name in licence
We typed domain.com/esupport instead of domain.com so its not working Now

Did you re-download your key.php file and upload it? This must be done after a domain change.
