Hello. How are you? I want to know if SupportSuite has defined a way to send a massive mail to clients. For example, Id like to send 400 invitations to VIP players and I havent found a way to do it. I tried adding several recipients separated by semi colon, colon, comma, etc. and it wasnt able. So, I need to know if SupportSuite has the ability to send massive tickets (emails) for this kind of situations. Regards |

Hi Daniel, You can mass-mail recipients by subscribing them to the news letter. Unfortunately, you cannot mass-create (mass-send) tickets. -------------------------------------------------------------------
