Re-Branding and selling kayako as own brand

I have stumbled upon this company on the net:

Obviously they have re-branded Kayako and now selling as their own product (and with cheaper prices than Kayako prices!) They even say that if you become their reseller they give a lifetime license to their support software for free.

It says on the bottom:

Ayrax E-Destek Yazılımı
Ayrax bir İzinternet Bilgisayar Teknolojileri Markasıdır.

Translation:

Ayrax E-Support Software
Ayrax is an Izinternet Computer Technologies Brand

I wonder if this is completely legal? How do they sell it cheaper than buying from Kayako ? Is there reseller agreements?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Kayako does offer a reseller service, allowing the product to be resold at a small discount. However, it is against the Kayako Reseller terms to rebrand the products in this way.

Regardless of this - it looks as though this site is selling a warez (illegal and pirated) outdated version of the software; dangerous as it presents security risks that users purchasing from this site will not know about.

This is illegal and is not allowed by Kayako. Kayako can pursuit this legally.
