Is there any ideas of enhancing the Reseller System in anyway for Resellers?

Currently the clients have to go to Kayako for there client information.

Are there plans on making it where reseller clients area can be customized in some way?

Example, client still has an option to Buy licenses in Kayako. Sometime client don't realize they should not buy from Kayako. It would be nice if the client is Linked to a reseller. The Tab for Buying can be pointed to our reseller site pricing pages.

This is also the case with the Support Page. Its not possible for us to handle all the issues if they have the option to start tickets in Kayako's member area.

A Modernbill module would be good for purchasing. Since the domain for the license is not assigned until they sign in to the member area.

Any input from Kayako Reseller Developers would be nice.

Yes I would love to see those too. As well as a API so that when a client of ours makes a purchase it connects to Kayako Reseller API and automaticly activates it so we don't have to manually login and do it for them
