Should be an issue with Clickatell. Should be fixed within the next 24 hours. Hi netgroup, The support office is not open over the weekend - it reopens very early in the CET and GMT morning. The SMS gateway is functioning correctly and is working for some people outside of the US which suggests it is a provider problem. I am not sure why it is happening, but it will be looked into further. Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------

It hasn't worked for days for me, I'm in the UK. This really needs to be more reliable, or Kayako should put a feature in that allows us to use different SMS providers if they are not capable of running a stable service. If the SMS feature doesn't work at a crucial time, it could cause major problems. |
