I must admit (as another example) I plagued him to get serials for the windows addons done by entering them into the staff profiles inside the admin area to activate them as having that addon and he said he would consider that but it never got done. My way made much more sense and solved the problem of reissuing serials. A few users agreed with this too. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

We'll consider all suggestions, but not all of them will get implemented and if they will get implemented they won't be done so right away. I know that you all feel that your suggestions are the right ones and they must be done at highest priority but I am afraid that this is not possible and is unrealistic outside of a perfect world. We have a lot on our plate at the moment and are managing things effectively. @Craig - this is a major feature request and required a lot of work, and will probably not feature until V4. @Steve - we will do our best to implement this good feature, but our attentions and priorities have been placed elsewhere and to approval of our customers. I will bring this up with Varun again shortly (he maintains the customer portal). -------------------------------------------------------------------

Varun is a very busy man and is not expected to remember every silly request someone makes. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Understood Jamie, just hope it WILL get implemented. As I said, it makes much more sense than the way it currently works and would stop reissues being required. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
