You can try Sales however if you already are a client having active support period then you can also submit ticket to the Support department from https://members.kayako.net/.

Hi Keith, For technical support, please visit the members' area and click on the Get Support tab. For anything else for which we don't have a department for, submit the ticket to Sales -------------------------------------------------------------------
