Just wanted to say thanks to the professionalism and best handling of support manner to Sandeep.

Sandeep was able to resolve my question regarding setting up cron job in hosted esupport quickly. He was resourceful and patient and also knowledgeable.

We have used Owned Kayako for many years now, but have only been recommending the hosted solutions to our customers recently. I will continue to recommend kayako to many of my other clients in the future.
