Unanswered ticket - 04-02-2008, 05:34 PM

I'd love to mirror this but I cannot.

Had a ticket open since May 07. Last reply from support was 01 Nov 2007. I have updated that ticket about 5-6 times and had a reply to just tell them what the issue was again (even though it's detailed in the first open reply).

I have raised chaser tickets being told I would get a reply very soon and even live chat informed that it has been escalated.

I have sent updates on;

For a company that provides support assitance software, they are seriously lacking in supporting their customers.

Not acceptable really but no doubt this will be deleted as my other thread was informing of the otherside of service that customers receive.
