Hello, all! I am curious if it is possible to give different users different permissions within SupportSuite. For instance, I'd like to set some of my users as "Analysts" and others as "Managers", giving some administrative privileges and others more limited access. I would also like to further break this down by department. For instance, "Pod 1 Analyst", "Pod 2 Analyst", "Pod 1 Manager", "Pod 2 Manager", and so on and so forth. Has anyone attempted to make user groups or set role-based security in a similar fashion? Is it possible? What actions did you take? Thanks for any help or advice you could offer! |

I do not believe this is currently possible although I suppose a work around for this feature is being worked on for v4.
