Hi Jamie,
As you are the spokesperson for Kayako, can you please enquire and let us know when they are going to release the report module.

We are looking for it from several months. Incase if their will be a delay we can look for alternatives.

Be straight forward and let us know the date of release. Even beta version of Report module is fine for us.

The reports module will be available in the Version 4 product line which isn't a long time away from release (but no official ETA as of yet).

Kayako now prefer not to give ANY dates. This is due to previous promised dates being missed and customers getting annoyed.

Developers are looking at much less than a year for the first alpha preview.

We will be interested to buy if some body can come out withan ADDON EXTERNAL REPORT MODULE for eSupport.

If you are after it right now, try getting SoftAir (Custom eSupport/Support Suite Modules) to develop a custom module for you.

We do not like to speculate on release dates, but the final release for Version 4 will not be that far away.
