I have 2 questions heres my first: Not sure if this is considered advertising, if it is feel free to edit. Me and a close friend of mine, we started a remote support computer repair site. I bought the live response, I want to upgrade to the Support Suite but I'm not sure what I would use the tickets for, or along with the other features. My site www.pc-fix.us please tell me how you think I could integrate the Support Suite into my site. Thanks, Cameron Bradford 2nd Questions: Live Support Winapp SIP Addon I want to buy this my questions are are: Is it possible if I got a 1800 number, could I use this? Also what SIP phones to you recommend? and Live Support Winapp SIP Addon, with that when I call someone, if they have Caller ID what is shown to them as the call? I know with Skype it says Unknown Caller, I many people have that blocked. So what does a caller id see when we call them using the Live Support Winapp SIP Addon? |

Well you could use the tickets for support of a non-urgent nature (like simple questions). Knowledge Base you prolly would not use as it would defeat the object of you charging to help them! You will need to find a SIP phone service to use with Kayako. Most will be able to provide you with a toll free number as well linking to the phone. All you need to do then is put the settings into the WinApp and it will function fine. It will show you the Caller ID when somebody calls. When you call somebody, it will depend on the SIP service provider if your caller ID shows to the customer. Hope this helps you. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I'd look the other way around (ie for a SIP phone providor that gives you a 1800 number with the service). Are there not providers who provide you with redirects to a standard number you get with your SIP phone too? There are ones over here in the UK that do... If you found a VoIP provider that provides SIP functionality, you can use our add-on. Many providers will be able to arrange a toll-free number or a number in your particular region. -------------------------------------------------------------------
